Whether you seek a formal conference space for 150 guests or a relaxed fireside meeting area for a dozen, the Loeks Retreat Center is the perfect space for your next corporate getaway. Rental includes beautiful views of Lake Michigan and a number of small conference rooms for breakout sessions as well as access to our kitchen.

The Loeks Retreat Center is available for weekday rentals from September through early May. Please review our available rental dates on our rental calendar.

Rental of the Loeks Retreat Center includes the set up, take down and use of on-site tables, chairs and other furniture as available (See our FAQ for available items). In addition, rental includes use of our commercial kitchen. Those who desire to personalize the space may rent additional equipment or decor at the rental company of your choosing at your expense.

• 51 to 150 people = $1,000​

*During the months of November through March meeting rates may be available Friday through Sunday if the date remains available no more than eight weeks prior to event date.
