Summer Camp Pricing

Our Service Standard

One of our highest priorities is to ensure that a summer camp experience is accessible to all, with a particular focus on providing an affordable summer camp experience to those who need it most. We are committed to reserving 75% of our registrations for families who have the greatest financial need.

Throughout the registration season, we will be accepting higher income campers (designated as those paying $105 or more in camp fees per camper) on a first come, first served basis and will limit the percentage of higher income campers to no more than 25% of our camper population. If the fee you qualify for has been removed as an option this may be the case. Please call us at 616-949-0780 ext. 105 to verify. Thank you for your understanding.​

If your child is not able to be accommodated at Camp Blodgett this summer for this reason, we will be happy to place your child on a waiting list.

Making a Payment

​We accept payment in the form of debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) online or over the phone. You may also mail or drop off a check or money order to our Camp Blodgett office (10451 Lakeshore Dr., West Olive, MI 49460) inside the Loeks Retreat Center. Cash payments must be dropped off at our office during open office hours. Office hours beginning February 16 are, Monday: 9am-2pm, Tuesday: 9am-2pm, Thursday:9am-2pm. ​​​A $10 deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your child's spot at camp. You can choose to pay the remaining balance in full during registration or choose an available payment plan.

Full payment for ALL registrations fees is due by MAY 22, 2026. Registrations without full payment by that date are NOT guaranteed! If you register for camp after this date, the entire balance is due at the time of registration.

Discounts

Discounts are available to help make the cost of camp even more affordable for your family and to encourage families to register early for the best session preferences. A $10 minimum fee is required regardless of available discounts.

Returning Camper Discount - Register and pay the $10 deposit from February 16 - May 6 and take $20 off the registration fee using the provided discount code. This discount is available only to families whose children have previously attended Camp Blodgett. Discount codes are sent via postcard and email prior to registration opening. If you did not get the discount code, please contact us.

Early Registration Discount - Register and pay the $10 deposit between March 2 - March 20 and automatically receive $10 off the registration fee.

Homeless Family Discount - Homeless families receive 100% discount.

Foster Families Discount - Children in foster care may receive 56% off discount.
*Please contact our office for more information regarding this discount.

*Registration fees paid by third party agencies (such as DA Blodgett-St. John's, Wedgwood, Arbor Circle, etc.) are not eligible for any discounts.

Refunds and Cancellations

Camp Blodgett will accept cancellations at any time and will refund fees with the following policy:

• Cancellations 7 days or more before the session's start date will be issued a 90% refund of fees paid.

• Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the session will result in no refund.

Please assist us with handling cancellations and requesting session date switches as soon as possible to allow us to offer your child's spot to another child. We cannot guarantee the ability to switch a child's session, but will do our best, and would be happy to add your child to waiting lists as we are able. ​
